At Aquarian Alchemy Club, we pride ourselves on offering a very high-quality product without any preservatives. Due to the nature of our product, color changes may occur within 60 days of purchase. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have implemented the following replacement/refund policy:
Eligibility for Replacement/Refund
Customers are eligible for a replacement or refund if all the following requirements are met:
- Contact Customer Service:
- The customer must contact our customer service team as soon as they notice any color change in the product.
- Recent Purchase:
- The product must have been purchased from our website within the last 60 days.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid proof of purchase, such as the order number received at the time of purchase, must be provided.
- Evidence of Color Change:
- The customer must submit a photo and/or video clearly showing the color change in the product.
- The product must be unopened, and the seal must be intact, visible in the image or video.
Replacement/Refund Process
- Request Review:
- Once the initial contact is made and the required supporting documents are received, our customer service team will review the request.
- The review may take up to 5 business days.
- Approval and Procedure:
- If the request is approved, the customer can choose between a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.
- In the case of a replacement, a new product will be provided at no additional cost.
- In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
IMPORTANT:
- This policy only applies to color changes in unopened products with the seal intact.
- We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
